The Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook: Over 125 Delicious, Life-Changing, Plant-Based RecipesI was so excited about this book that I bought the Kindle version on the first day of release. It is full of colorful, healthful, oil-free, vegan recipes.
I’d love to see some of these recipes in restaurants, airports, hotels, and schools for us “On-The-Go Vegans.”
I’m reading Engine 2 Diet book now, and making some of the recipes. I tried the “Raise The Roof Sweet Potato Vegetable Lasagna” and it is delicious.
How to Be Vegan: Tips, Tricks, and Strategies for Cruelty-Free Eating, Living, Dating, Travel, Decorating, and More Definitely on my to-do list. There are some chapters I heard about in this book that give tips for eating as a vegan at airports and in other situations away from home.
