On-The-Go Vegan Show: Started May 1, 2014.

A podcast for people who are already vegan and on-the-go.

“Healthful Vegan Tips for Home and Travel”

My Story:

A doctor recommended that I watch the documentary, “Forks Over Knives.”   I watched it in March 2013 and went vegan immediately for the health benefits.

But  I had a tough challenge in converting to this plant-based diet, since I travel a LOT as a commercial airline pilot.

There just aren’t enough obvious plant-based (vegan) food options when traveling.

Why I Created This Podcast:

I want to make life easier to stay healthy and feel good, both at home and on-the-go.

I created this podcast and blog to share with you what I’ve learned as a traveling vegan airline pilot, and hopefully learn some new tips from you, since I’m not an expert.

Together, we can encourage restaurants to include more plant-based food options and vegan labels on their menus.

I hope that we can get more vegan stamps on packaged food products as well.

Also, “vegan” isn’t enough:

Healthful vegan options is the goal.

Let’s enjoy this journey together.
